Since we started the New Year trying to change our habits, the place to begin is with awareness. How do we approach this? Is there a scientific-based model to begin? The closest is 3 principles psychology or the 3Ps. Mind, Thought, and Consciousness are how we perceive the world. But what are they and how do we utilize them?
